During the ESL thermal treatment milk is heated and skimmed. Skim milk is microfiltered while cream is pasteurized at high temperature. Skim milk and cream are re-mixed at the requested fat content value. Standardized milk is then pasteurized and homogenized.
Milk is filled by ultra clean filling machine and has a 21 days shelf-life at 4°C.
