SORDI, a historic company from Lodi that celebrated the 140th anniversary of its foundation in 2021, is specialized in design, construction and installation of machines and systems for the food industry. Sugar is one of the main raw materials in juice and beverage industry. Dissolution of granular sugar into syrup is one of the steps required for the preparation of juices. Conventional systems are usually offered with sugar hot dissolution, its loading by screw and relevant filtration. The sugary syrup, produced in this way, can also be pasteurized.
A wide range of minor ingredients, solid or liquid, are added to the sugar syrup for the preparation of beverages. A series of mixing tanks ensures the powders dissolution and the discharge of liquid concentrates. The capacity and the number of mixers are determined by the juice machine recipe and the production capacity as requested by customer.
