Curd drainage and moulding line are used for the production of soft curd cheeses. The curd-whey mixture is collected in a hopper equipped with a plate, fitted with moulding cylinders. The plate with cylinders is extractable to enable changing the sizes. A block-moulds conveying vat is placed underneath.
The lifting and lowering movement is carried out automatically in a continuous way. The whey is then collected into the chamber below.
